Oak Park
The UC Davis Medical Center is the centerpiece of North Oak Park. A little further south, the Broadway Triangle boasts awesome coffee shops, restaurants, and even a law school (McGeorge School of Law). Oak Park is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Sacramento.
Land Park
Named after the famed William Land Park. Sacramento’s version of Central Park, boasts a zoo, and kid-centric amusement park named Fairytale Town, a golf course, and a small pond. This area is a great place to raise a family or bring the family for a day of fun!
Curtis Park
This quaint neighborhood is known for its vintage Victorian and Bungalow style homes. The neighborhood is anchored by a large, beautiful park with tons of space for recreation. Sacramento’s famous ice cream parlor, Gunther’s is located in Curtis Park.
Downtown
Downtown Sacramento has seen many changes with the construction of the Golden1 Center. In this area you will also find the state Capitol, state and federal courthouses, libraries, parks, bars, and great food. During the day, Downtown is bustling with lobbyists, lawyers, and business executives.
Arden/Arcade
This area is mostly known for its large, indoor mall, Arden Fair Mall. There are many options for theatre, food, and shopping here so bring your wallet!
