I have been traveling intermittently for 22 years, and I was extremely happy here!! Its in the best neighborhood in Sacramento with McKinley park located a few blocks away and many outdoor restaurants. Al even put in a dog door for my dog and gated the yard so she could roam freely while I did my 12 hour shifts. Its extremely cozy and private. Jessica the home owner is absolutely amazing! Al was available 24/7 if I needed anything at all. I highly recommend this cottage you will not be disappointed!!

My husband and I had Dignity contracts and floated to 5 different area hospitals. The cottage is centrally located, no traffic, and it's in an area of town called The Fab 40's (gorgeous houses). On our nights off we would walk the neighborhood and to McKinley Park less than a mile away. There is a laundromat a mile away, Trader Joe's, Safeway, restaurants and bars. The place itself is perfect! Tons of storage, kitchen is well equipped, and the bed is super comfy! The property manager (Al) was quick to respond to every question we had. Overall, if you are traveling to Sac, this place is ideal!!
